POSTER AND ORAL PRESENTATIONS GUIDELINES

Poster Presentation

1. All poster should be printed in A0 size (Portrait).

2. Poster boards are available for set up from the 1st day of the conference.

3. Each poster will be assigned a poster number and the poster should be displayed at the assigned poster board accordingly.

4. Poster presentation time and session wiil be announced in the program book later.

Oral Presentation 

1. Abstract for oral presentation should be submitted during registration. 
 
2. Each oral presentation is allocated for 20 minutes (15 minutes for your presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A). All presenters are requested to start and done their presentation on time. 
 
3. Presenters are encourage to sent/give the presentation in PPT/PDF format to the Secretariat before the presentation session OR copy the presentation into the laptop in the session room 15 minutes before the session start, and make sure it could be displayed well. 

4. All presenters should inform thier attandance to the Session Chair before the session start.  
 
5. All communications should be in English.

6. No commercial advertisements are allowed during the presentation.
